Year End Clearing – Visiblly Small Thing, Big Deal Energetically

I know that end of the year in US isn’t about cleaning and clearing. Where I grew up in Japan, it’s about cleaning and clearing. It’s almost December, so today’s topic is about clearing.

I usually make conscious effort to remove things which are not serving me at present time. For a long time, I was keeping all the study materials in boxes, and it was such a work emotionally when I decided to remove them all. So, visibly, sure it might be big or small; however, energetically, removing stuff is a big deal. I’m not only talking about the attachment to be removed when you do the clearing, but more excitingly, the after effect is a big deal. It’s just we tend to focus on the visible matter and we ignore all the benefit we’re gaining from the invisible abundance!

Since I left my full time work, I’ve been forced to remove things which are not serving me in the present time. The first one I had to visit was my current office. No matter how I get assistance from any healers, what doesn’t work for me doesn’t work for me. It was working when I first moved to this office and I’m grateful for that. That’s over a year ago and I no longer have to work in the limited capacity now. Quite a bit of unexpected move, but I always try my best to see the big picture than an immediate gratification.

This morning, I was lightly thinking about some clearing of my room and I started out from changing a couple of sections in my vision board. That didn’t feel good or bad. It felt more like I finally removed and replaced the statements which were not the current time for me. Then, I dipped into my workout gears.

I’m sure everybody has workout gears, but I probably have dozens of tops and bottoms which I rarely wear in my current workout routine. I used to be a hardcore stepper (step aerobics) for decades. As I became more aware of the invisible world, I decided to be a lot more gentle to myself. Hence, these huge piles of workout gears. These, I could feel that I do have some attachments. All the time, all the joy, all the stress in life when I was working out were with them so to speak. So, it’s a good call that I decided to clear out. Some things are easy to remove; other things involve with constant talk to myself. Normally, I use a muscle testing to be cut and dry without my tricky emotion and energy attachments.

It wasn’t too bad, it took only less than 15 minutes and I don’t feel too bad. Then, I noticed something in my vision board. I have a vision board with the different areas of life. When I looked at the section of my abundance, something struck me. I had a five-dollar-bill in the section. There is a story behind it. I do healing work as you know, so normally the energy exchange is cash or check. However, this bill wasn’t from my healing work. Well, actually it is, but it wasn’t from my healing practice.

I have been attending a graduate clairvoyant class since I completed the year long clairvoyant program. There, we sometimes have readees. There was never a case where a readee actually gave us, the readers, the energy exchange since they normally pay gratitude to my teacher. Pretty normal procedure. There was this one time this year, a lady whom we gave a reading actually gave each of us, readers (I believe there were three or four of us) with five-dollar bills. One of my classmates was so excited and she said that she would put this bill on the wall. To give you the background, this gifted classmate yet hadn’t charged her service at that point I believe. For some reason, I decided to follow along with her excitement and placed the five-dollar-bill on my vision board.

As I stare this five-dollar-bill this morning, I thought of doing the muscle testing. I got “remove it.” Then, I thought of this. This bill was nothing to do with my accomplishment or energy exchange worth of my healing service. It was a bonus while I was attending the class. So, it had no significant meaning on my vision board. Then I put it in my wallet, so I could maybe liquidate to my marketing cost or something.

As I sat down and looked at the bags of workout gears and thought of which organizations I would take them, I glanced at my vision board to see how my new replaced statements were doing. Then, I was shockingly noticed how clean and clear my financial section was. I just removed that five-dollar-bill, that’s all. There is openness, not clogged up, light, and expansive. I realized that I was keeping the rain cloud in my finance section on my vision board! Golly!

Hence, I’m writing this blog post because I thought it’s cool for all of us to be aware what small thing might be in our way of abundance. Five-dollar-bill, yeah, it’s such a small thing to remove or keep it from my room, but sure it does make a significant energy shift. So, I hope you can raise your awareness to see your surroundings. Are they really serving you? Are they serving you at the present time? Maybe it was serving you before but maybe it’s outdated as you have evolved.

Cool awareness like this makes the cleaning and clearing so much exciting, doesn’t it? Cheers for the energy clearing! 😀

Ultimate Goal for Life is Healing Ourselves

When I started to seek initially, I was looking for the meaning of life. I started to question about life and work when I first got fired. I was working hard to make things better for the team and the project everyday. Till then, maybe I was wondering about life here and there, but it was never the desperate question. When I realized that my future at work could go left and right depending on someone else’s state or shortcomings, I had to seek for the meaning of work and life. I wonder if someone out there might have been in the same spot like I was in back then. So, I’ll write about the goal of life.

I’m no Deepak Chopra or one of those spiritual wiz who define spiritual realm. Though, I can talk about my view. My view started to form more and more after I got to do many readings of different people and all the readings from the many different topics my teachers has presented. It’s like Dr. Brian Weiss started to open his view after his patient started to talk about her past lives and ascended Masters spoke through her during their regression session.

We are all here to heal ourselves. Sure, many of us have difficult lives and had some challenges when growing up. Of course, healing the emotions from all that is important. Many of us also carry on burdens from the past beyond this life. There are so many experiences we have had in past beyond this life. There are so many repeated burdens we still carry on. So, we are here to clear all the burdens rather. Burden doesn’t necessarily mean karma. It’s the burdens for each of us which are not serving for the highest good.

No matter how illogical it may seem for you and maybe others might say something else; yet, you and your life are very intricate. In one’s view, your choice might be a waste of time, but for your healing journey, you may be doing an amazing work healing yourself underneath of the surface. So, whatever is assisting your healing journey, nothing is a detour. No matter how it might make sense to everyone intelligently, if your behavior is not supporting your healing journey, then it’s a distraction.

How do you know the differences? I think we tend to seek the answers outside, but the answers are inside within us. We can’t hear it often. So, making a conscious communication with your truth is important. Even if a gifted spiritual intuitive gives you a guidance, talk to your truth. Highly likely you’ll have a noticeable reaction to the message. If you’re wiling to heal yourself, you can differentiate when your reaction is your resistance or your intuitive “gut” feeling.

Of course, you don’t have to do this on your own. You can always ask for assistance from all sorts of people. However, the final discernment comes from you because you’re senor than anyone and anything else in your own space. Follow your truth and speak out your truth. That itself is an amazing healing.

Acceptance of Others as They are – Not Easy

You probably heard somewhere that accepting others just the way they are in spiritual practice. It logically makes sense and sometimes it’s not too hard. Though, sometimes it’s harder than we think. For the past week, I went through the series of emotions and I now realized that I’m also learning about accepting just the way others are, including the traits and behaviors which can cause pains in me. So, I’ll talk about acceptance today.

The other day, I was treated less than who I am from someone whom I have trusted. Things happens and no one is perfect as they say. I think what had happened was that lots of things were happening around this person while things were pretty intense around of me. Then, when I talked about some incident where I reacted very unlike me, this person took it as I didn’t have a compassion to the other who was involved in this story. We had things to do shortly after, so there was no time to visit long enough at that time. Then, I’ve experienced this humongous out of control rage in me and I wanted to throw out everything I was supposed to do at that moment. I guess I’m old enough to have many life occasions where I had to carry on despite what my internal turmoil was, so I did the work I was supposed to do at the moment.

I do spiritual work and well, I am a so called healer, so I don’t think I’m narrow minded in many aspects of matters in general. Of course, I’m not perfect, either. I have emotions and I get lit up. So, I went through the whole series of thinking, reviewing what went wrong and how I was feeling, then all types of anger, and then disappointment and hopelessness in these few days. It’s impossible to have fun or be happy when this “trust” gets wacked off. I tried to forgive myself and the person involved. I thought about trying to explain to the person how I was misunderstood and treated as less than who I am. Though, none was getting a good place to settle.

As I was doing my morning meditation this morning, many teachings and messages came to my mind. The conclusion was that no one is perfect, including Dalai Lama. If I meet the worst state of Dalai Lama and he made a mistake, I can’t get disappointed or hopeless because of that. We’re all humans and no one can be a complete love and wisdom all the time. Then, I did accept that the person in the subject as is, including what this person is not capable of seeing or understanding at that time. Then, my dark turmoil is subsiding less and less.

They say, “Accept all around of us without trying to change.” Change might happen, but not by us trying to change others. The change should come from each person, not from us. As I grow and evolve as a healer, I have become better at it when my healees come in to my service. Though, it’s much harder when things hit in my personal life. I have to say that it’s been very hard energetically, but I’m learning one of the core component of healing. So, I’ll thank this person for that.

We really don’t have to change others in order to make us happy or feel well. It’s all part of stimuli in this world to help us learn and heal ourselves. If you have a hard time with someone, I encourage you to work on you internally till you have peace toward that person or incident involved. Acceptance is a huge step on healing ourselves toward who we really are. We are the spark of the universe.

I found a beautiful affirmation from Louise Hay about “Forgiveness.” Maybe this affirmation helped me to reach this acceptance. So, I’ll share with you.

I forgive
everyone in my past for all
perceived wrongs.
I release them with love.
